there is an actual rule about doing online raffles and giveaways. and if you don’t do it how it’s supposed to be… it’s considered fraud. i know a lot of sports teams are very careful with wording when doing giveaways. i am pretty sure it has to be open to all and the rules have to be clearly stated or written

People should send the clips to TikTok creators who focus on scammers. I know there's Scam busters (@scambustersinc1) and the Mexican Homie (@themexicanhomie1) that literally deep dive and create content on TikTok scammers. Tophia is a prime suspect.

Another thing about the raffles is, she CLAIMS she was being clear with the Rules to said "RAFFLE" when she LITERALLY kept changing it as she kept receiving more money. Hello, im GetGabed, I was on a rant, and realize now that the last part of the video couldve used more thought. I know system racism exists, and people of color are oppressed by the systems that white people put in place, what i was trying ro say was she adopts very white supremacist like beliefs, and then switches the colors around.
I was off script, on a tirade fueled by nothing but disgust at a blatant scam, and a general dislike of tophia.
It wasnt well thought out, and if what i said was offensive to anybody of color i am actually very very sorry, i do not mean to come across as ignorant to the centuries of oppression, genocides, and neglection of people of color.
I was only trying to say i dont like her beliefs, and they seem to come from the same place of hatred that racism does, again, im sorry if i hurt anybody, i will hold my tongue if only venom to good people comes out
