For Tophia :)
Okay so I saw a video of a snippet of her live where she basically “explains” why she couldn’t have a 9-5 job. And we obviously should know by now that it was the dumbest argument because of her excuses and poor use of basic mental thinking, that she was going in circles with no point. Her reasoning states:
***“50 years to save a 9 to 5 job paycheck because I pay rent weekly. You have to understand, if I get a job I have to take up more of the rent every week, so I would have to save more for next week, and my paycheck wouldn’t be saved because I pay weekly. That’s why I’m trying to get out of paying weekly. That’s why I bought this microphone to invest in myself. Social media is 24 hours, it’s not part time. It’s a lot, I have to look at emails, I have to work on t-shirt designs, I have to come up with content myself. I don’t have a manager so I’m not getting brand deals, I reached out to TikTok shops, a lot of them were discontinued. One of them is sending me something, which I’m really excited for, you guys will probably like this. And I cook, so that would be great.”***
Okay Tophia and friends, let’s break down how this statement has no coherent knowledge..
1. Social media could and can be a 24 hour job that needs a lot of attention and constant new refreshing ideas. But you are forgetting that you barely make enough monthly without using your dads disability checks to feel comfortable enough to rely on this “job”.
2. Social media can only be a “full time 24/7 job” if you are bringing in more than your usual 1-200 a month and are considered a top paid creator, which you are not. So there is no reason for you to be so comfortable with this “job” if you have to beg people for certain things and money in a monthly, no on a DAILY basis.
3. Tophia, you are not getting emails daily, you are not making any content that is original. Most days, your videos don’t even get traction because what you post are mostly undesirable hauls, random tiktok game filters with no enjoyment, and stitches with no intelligent or funny opinions but reactions that are so bare minimum that it’s not even worth posting. That’s not deserving of emails or brand deals.
4. Brand deals, you’re not gonna get any trust me. Brands usually want hardworking individuals who make decent to great content with a supporting community…and most of all are just well liked in general. And…looking at your community, at least 1% enjoy and tolerate you and the other 99% make fun of you and call you a bigot. With that, don’t even bother. Because at this point you are begging for brands that don’t want their products reviewed by one of the most hated people on social media.
5. Let’s do some math, and I’ll make it simple for you. So I did some research and as of right now in the current state you live in, minimum wage is **$12.00-$12.50** as of January of this year, meaning that since you are an adult who has no degree or trade knowledge, and let us also just give you the praise for completing high school, basically has nothing to offer but a prior knowledge in food service. You can make that base minimum wage or even more due to the factor of your big age of 30. **Now Tophia, you are gonna have to read this carefully cause the math portion is coming up... Let us say you make the base line of $12.00 and full-time is 40 hours a week. The math would be Hourly Wage x Weekly Hours = Weekly Wage. So. let's plug these numbers in.. $12.00 x 40 hours per week = $480 per week. Meaning that if you were paid weekly, you would at least get 420-ish dollars after tax.** **But in most places, you will probably be getting paid bi-weekly, and that Tophia means that you will get around $840 if you work 40 hours per 2 weeks. Easy right? So monthly you would be bringing home $1,800 something dollars. You would make more bi-weekly or weekly, if you take double shifts...since you got nothing else to do anyways...**
6. With that new profound knowledge in money and math (yay!) you can also factor in the monthly checks you steal from your disabled father! and you can do the math for that because its just addition, you have enough to pay for a decent apartment or keep living in the motel and pay ahead of time with still money left over to HOPEFULLY help feed your mother and yourself! and also buy whatever you want to suffice your greediness. I would know because motels usually cost 55 dollars a day, and most likely per month would be $1,500 something.
7. See how useful a 9-5 job is? You could have been making this money and saved up if you didn't yap so much about the inconveniance of getting one, and by the time you guys got evicted, you wouldn't of had to ask and beg for moving services or even struggle to make ends meet to get a new apartment to get approved of. Plus, you wouldnt have to bitch about paying weekly for a motel and stick to paying monthly for a nicer place to live.
8. There is also a point made by you that if you were to get a job, you would have people after you to get you fired? well..you aren't really a priority to be doing all of that...and ever since you started declaring social media as your full-time job, we cared more about you getting an ACTUAL job, so why would we go out of our way to get you fired? And if you can only keeo your mouth shut for once and not out yourself every 5 minutes and airing your familys business out to public platforms, you would not have to worry about people figuring out where you are? right?
9. Instead of dissing people who work 9-5, you need to understand that it is better than being a known lowlife on social media who barely gets by and waits for her missing fathers monthly disabled checks to come in to use it for useless things. These so called things, like the microphone for a so called "podcast" and obscene amount of makeup, toys, and comicon tickets for personal use that is not either being saved up or used for your elderly mother who "claims" to view you as a "wonderful" "amazing" daughter is borderline pathetic. Meanwhile, people with REAL jobs and REAL expectations thrive better and gain more benefits than a person in pure delusion that is making 200-300 a month can gain.
10. Get your head out of your ass and actually see that you are not peaking for a 30 year old. You have not gained new experiences and knowledge within the time frame of you graduating high school to your big age of 30. Are you not sad? Meanwhile, you constantly fight people online and cry when no one wants to take your side and feed in to your delusions. You have no friends and any sort of real confidence and sense of security. You do not care for your mom despite her fighting a bunch of people online to clear your name and love you unconditionally even when you are so unlovable. No one, and I mean no one can ever pity a person like you.

i used to be popularish on youtube, and its not the same as tiktok im sure, but brands will reach out to YOU. i never had a manager, they will literally just email you a pitch (usually autogenerated) and then you can reply and initiate a back and forth with a real person to work out pay and scripting. brands just arent reaching out to her because she's a shitty person who makes the lowest effort "content" there is available on tiktok.

you totally CAN reach out to brands to ask for a sponsorship but even in this case she still has the totally wrong etiquette, if youre the one asking its usually when youre already a customer so youre expected to just get *discounted* items with your own discount code which you can then plug in your content - sometimes they do offer to send you free stuff, but if you as the content creator are initiating, youre almost always expected to still pay for the products! especially with small shops like youd find on tiktok!!!

She also says she can’t get a job for her safety because people will come visit her lmaooo there are jobs she could do that don’t require working directly with the public (like the food industry) if she was a responsible individual she could do caregiving or even overnight caregiving since she doesn’t sleep. She could also work at a call center or something. She has options but at the end of the day she doesn’t want to put in any effort. Even a part time job would make a significant difference in her life

Hi, I work in high-level marketing and have represented clients in major brand deals. No one is reaching out to her. And here's why...
1. She does some of the WORST "unboxings" I have ever seen. Bad camera angle, bad lighting, poor posture, looks like she just woke up from a 400 hour nap. Doesn't show the item in a way that would make others want to buy it. And most importantly, what she says about the item is the worst "Feels cheap. Not good quality."
2. Her online persona. Poor hygiene, says and does very controversial things, is inconsistent on her messaging. One day she's angry, the next she's depressed and speaking of self-harm, then she's happy because she's getting some new item.
I could go on but she is NOT a good representative for a brand. She MAY get free stuff from very low-level TikTok shops... but no one who is serious about their brand or inventory.
She will continue the life she is living because she has people who enable her behavior with gifts and cash apps. Without getting a "real job" she will never be able to save money for anything other than a weekly motel rate.
