Okay we have to talk about this.. some of yall think tophia is “black” because of her hair texture. Soo you might be really young or really small minded. I also seen a comment saying she shouldn’t wear wigs because she’s not black…
1. Wigs aren’t a black thing. There are plenty of women that wear wigs/ hair extensions whatever you want to call it. They all wear weave. TikTok (its still F TikTok because they suspended my account lol) has 100s of videos of women diff race putting on wigs or adding in hair extensions .. So it’s not a black thing. Also there is nothing wrong with wearing wigs.
2. Tophia hair texture. Im confused. We see tophia hair is dry and matted to the gods.. but for some odd reason, half of yall are associating that with black hair???
Not going to make this post too long.. tophia do not have 4c (if you don’t know how 4c hair look, google it)
Marie had curly hair , tophia dad (that white man 🤭🤭) has straight hair .. Curly hair is consider a dominant gene trait…before you say Marie doesn’t have curly hair - check her profile pic. Is it possible Marie hair texture changed as she got older?? yes.. but I don’t 100% know for sure. Hell she probably buying hair products to make her hair straight.

I hate Tophia but she is 100% biracial mixed with black, and everyone saying not I guarantee are usually white people have clearly never seen how different biracial kids can come out. Me and my sister are biological half black siblings, same mother and father, but my sister is 4 shades darker than me with wavy hair (2b) looking like our black father, and I am lighter/white-skinned with coily textured hair (3c/4a) and a face exactly like my mothers. Genetics vary. Hate her all you want, and we all know she overuses this fact, but Tophungus is very clearly mixed with black, her skin tone and similarity to Marie means nothing except we know she is Marie's kid.

I agree with your general sentiment (I think) in that Tophia uses her "blackness" as a means of evading criticism. She does it in a very cringe and r-slurred (I hate writing it like that lol) that reveals her ignorance and immaturity. But I do think she looks like someone who could be mixed with SSA ancestry. Someone acting like a 🦝 doesn't preclude them from being Black, and like another user had mentioned, both her brother and "father" (he's been there for as long as she could remember, Donald Sr. is functionally her dad) are unambiguously Black, and that alone will impact how she is perceived and perceives the world/society. Even if she weren't actually Black, those intimate relationships cannot divorce her from the Black experience, even if she is too obtuse to realize what that means.
Regardless, I think it's a bit pointless to discuss her race and honestly veers very close to race science with the way people dissect her features. I think the whole topic is better to be avoided than probed.
