Tofupa is mixed with black, period. Stop invalidating biracial people based on what features you think qualifies as 'black enough'!
I hate Tophia but she is 100% biracial mixed with black, and everyone saying not I guarantee are usually white people have clearly never seen how different biracial kids can come out or black people who want to gatekeep, I have experienced both of those people in my personal life.
Me and my sister are biological half black siblings, same mother and father, but my sister is 4 shades darker than me with wavy hair (2b) looking like our black father, and I am lighter/white-skinned with coily textured hair (3c/4a) and a face exactly like my mothers. Genetics vary, and curly hair or other features that don't align with your idea of 'black' or 'biracial' doesn't mean black or not black. Hate her all you want, and we all know she overuses this fact, but Tophungus is very clearly mixed with black, her skin tone and similarity to Marie means nothing except we know she is Marie's kid (obviously).
She is biracial and I stand by that as a light-skinned biracial black person who hates her selfish guts. You guys need to learn about the way that biracial genetics vary. This whole argument invalidates so many biracial children who have a certain set of 'not black enough' features.

She's not Latina, though. To be considered "Latina/o" on the US Census and other Latin American censuses, you must be from Mexico, South America, Central America, or some islands in between. Her mother's family has lineage from Spain. Spaniards are considered Hispanic, not Latino.

People say that tophia is not black for various reasons :
- she started claiming to be half black after people called her out on her racist stuff
- we are unsure of her background. You showed us some biracial people that do not present certain physical features to prove your point but the thing is, we can always check the background of those people. We can't do that with tophia because we don't know much about Marie's family
. We are also unsure if papachu is her biological dad because she used to call him stepfather. Besides, a reddit user found out that papachu wasnt living in NM at the time when Tophia was conceived. You should find their post on this sub or Therealslydells sub. They also show in that post that Marie allegedly had a relationship with a man called Donald. Donald is a white man, who surprisingly shares similar facial features with Tofupa
The fact that she does not show any features commonly presented by black people, nor does she resemble Donald like brotherchu does, adds to those doubts

I thought the same thing, and it still confuses me. Apparently Donald isn’t her real dad, and her real dad is a white hispanic man? Marie is Hispanic but I’m not sure if she considers herself black. You can be black and Hispanic or white and Hispanic or even Asian and Hispanic. Tophia has always looked biracial to me but I’m not sure if she considers herself a white or black person of Hispanic origin.

no we don’t have proof of that but marie has said on station head that she met donald sr while she was pregnant with tophia and the proof someone showed last night PROVED that as true. donald sr. did not live in NM when tophia was conceived, which lines up with marie’s slip up years ago when she said she met donald at a club when she was pregnant with tophia. tophia called him her stepfather until she started getting called out for being racist because she said racist things.
