It is absolutely PCOS lol. No point in telling her that though because she'll just go on a rant about how bad it is to diagnose people. She wants to go on pretending she's totally healthy with no problems.

I remember she said she gets upset when people say "clearly there's something wrong with her mentally" or that "she looks like she's not all there" lol. She wants sympathy for having a learning disability but doesn't want people to say she looks like she rode the short bus

She has talked about it once, but I don’t remember what exactly she said though. I know she said she shaves it, but not everyday and she says it’s not PCOS I think
