He’s still on a hold so he’s still in jail so he will get medication in there whether he wants it or not.
-
But do they KNOW his psychiatric diagnoses and Medicare him accordingly or do they just „keep him calm and clean“?
-
Yes he’s in the Psychiatric Acute Care (PAC) so they have psychiatrists who can diagnose and make sure he is actually getting his medication.

-
That's the best thing for him atp

It’s actually very poor care in jail. Just enough to keep him calm. Jail is not the place for treatment even in the mental health unit. It a prob better than when he was with Tophia but that’s not saying much.

Oh trust me he is well medicated. They have him sectioned into the mental health unit.

where the hell is the VA veteran justice outreach team? they would save the county jail time and money by just putting him in a psych facility.
Question. For these hearings do they medicate him? Or
He’s just rawdogging prison & court hearings?
