IF she barely cares for her teeth this can happen.... Gums swell and retract creating space between gums and teeth... Bite hard enough they will move.... Seeing her recent lives it seems like she has lost a lot enamel already probably doesn't have any left due to staining of deep yellow. Less she chugs coffee that yellow is whats behind enamel at times the soft stuff also gingivitis isn't far fetched for her.
