As someone who dyes their hair (dies ? Dyes? Idk ) no they’re not dead. She still has her curl patterns she’s just lazy to even take proper care of them. I used to bleach a certain part of my hair a bit too much and I still have my pattern in it even tho it literally turned to gum once, it’s not perfect but it’s still there.
So yeah, her hair isn’t dead, it’s just always been super dry and she doesn’t use products to define her curls

She doesn't take care of her hair by the looks of it. Also I have no idea if her hair's bleached or dyed but bleaching can burn off your hair which is why you need to be careful.
