   Daniel wasn't the best person but at least he had ambitions and shit. Tophia ain't even got that.

      The fascinating thing about Daniel is how much of his detachment from reality was delusion and how much was his gullibility. He wasn’t making most of his stuff up whole cloth. He had people claiming to be his manager, people claiming to he Grace, and a lot of other things. A lot of his crazier ideas were put in his head. And obviously almost no one would believe them, but it is grounded in something. He was an awful person and I think he would have always had issues, even if he had been left alone, but the people messing with him almost certainly made everything that much worse. 

      Tophia, on the other hand, has managed to inflate her ego to the degree it is through her own delusions.

      Least Daniel actually made "music". He did more for his dreams than Tophia ever has (Daniel is still awful though)
