   Tophia and Marie are to blame for this, they unmedicated a severely mentally ill man and abandoned him when they got evicted from apartmentchu, were ungrateful that his check paid for everything they had, and now he's on the streets acting crazy and on drugs and getting into all kinds of trouble.
