      They’re basically collectible trick or treat buckets for kids, I believe McDonald’s used to do them in the 90s and they started doing them again recently as a throwback. Everyone jumped on the bandwagon.

            I believe some places sell them separately but for the most part they’re part of the kids meal, instead of a toy.
