      She should be getting bulk rice, frozen veggies, and frozen chicken breasts, eggs, and other filling proteins and grains. She does not need to buy red meat, pancake mix, a ready made lasagna for a family. She eats like shes having a party.

               Walmart is awesome for prices.

               If she really wanted to put some work into it, T could search out some free grocery apps.

               There’s ones that’ll find you the cheapest fruits and vegetables near you, decent sales, etc.

               She might have to walk a bit further than usual to get there from the bus-stop, but saving money plus extra steps for the day is a win-win!
