This bitch, there are people who got their legs turned into pasta sauce fighting for people like the patty melt ogre to have freedom, and yet they can't get on disability, and are living on the streets. If this bum gets free money from the government, she will never ever attempt to work, this is her golden ticket to living the hood dream. It is extremely tough to get on disability…Yet she thinks all she has to do is walk into the Social Security office and tell them “I’m depressed”-and then boom. free money and housing

despite a hospitalization due to a psychotic break, and being stuck in a depression induced rut for 3 years i was STILL denied disability, because as my lawyer put it, “the judge will say you can work a ‘nail sorting job’”. it’s taken three years and two denials for me to get to this point.
Tophia talks like it’s the easiest thing to get. not to mention i actually have a work history, Tophias is nearly nonexistent. i’m almost certain if she went through with it, she will be denied. disability cases for people 50 and under regarding mental health issues are *THE* hardest cases to win. it is not a for sure thing for anybody. the standard of “yeah, you’re disabled” has been set extremely high by the federal government.
