tophia says she still hasn't buried her brother and after being told to on live, she said she is going through a lot right now with depression and ptsd. does anyone know how long she has to bury her brother because it's been multiple months😥has she set up fundraising for a funeral because im sure some people would've helped, especially if she did it earlier..

She doesn’t need anymore money. She tried a gfm and it got refunded because she lost his death certificate, but that doesn’t matter since she wasn’t allowed since the state of New Mexico paid to get him cremated and have a showing. What she needs to do is get a job, save money and bury her himself at this point.

    She’s a liar and believes everything is her viewers fault. She’s been blaming trolls since it happened. Shes been caught buying unnecessary shit, gambling, and begging for money online repeatedly. I wouldn’t listen to anything she says online, she’s just an incredibly lazy, greedy person.

The state will decide what happens to his ashes. She won’t pick them up because she doesn’t want them and she won’t ever pay to bury them, even if it’s not her money. I’m sure the state has an area they scatter ashes. He has a “mother” that can pick them up and she is next of kin. His “mother” doesn’t want them either. No mother would leave their child at a funeral home.
It’s not really Tophias job to get the ashes.

He is already cremated the only reason she claims to want to bury him because “those are Marie’s wishes”, but I feel it’s just her wanting more money atp. Like if Marie really cared she would have gone to pick up those ashes and have them in her room with her.

Well if i died and my remains where to be cremated and my family had nowhere to Bury or keep them I'd just expect them to do what most people do scatter them somewhere that's nice

I still don’t understand why they didn’t scatter the ashes somewhere meaningful to him or the family. They only would need a permission if the property is private. If it’s so dangerous in the shelter for the ashes to be there why they didn’t give Donald to the uncle so he could kept him as long they search for housing. I mean marie and dj wanted to live with him. Why he can’t store the ashes for them? Why they don’t have a safe at the bank or something like this?

  They could've also interred his remains into a columbarium/burial niche in a wall or room or something. Way, way cheaper than purchasing an in-ground burial plot.

unfortunately i think it’s been way too long and they might’ve already disposed of the ashes. there local laws that say that after a certain amount of time, they end up trashing, scattering, or randomly burying them but i most likely think they threw it away.
