If Tophia has lice, it’s the consequences of her poor ass hygiene and hair care. But the possibility that she can be spread that shit around a shelter of people who don’t fucking know and is infuriating. She doesn’t wash any damn part of body and I highly doubt she washes her clothes. She’s so fucking nasty and selfish. Lice is pain to get rid of and with how matted her hair is, she would need to cut it off but she’s too self-absorbed for that.

Now I’m not promoting touching the poo but, live has to be reported to heath dept if she refuses to treat and lives in a shelter due to residents being at risk. It’s nits I would put my degree on that. I don’t know where she is but shelters won’t let her stay without her treating it. She has 2 choices buzz it all off or treat it and it would take multiple bottles of treatment. She could use hair conditioner too it’s a cheaper option..
