why does tophia loves patty melts from whataburger so much to the point where she is addicted to patty melts? What makes patty melts so addicting?

I've only eaten a patty melt sandwich once at Whataburger while at the NRA convention in Dallas, Texas 1 year ago as there are no Whataburgers near my home. I mean, I don't hate patty melts as it tastes alright. Not as good as a burger from Jack in the Box and Wendy's, but not the worst I've eaten.

I like the patty melt, but I wouldn't call it the world's greatest sandwich as it's at best a mediocre patty sandwiched between two pieces of toast.

But why does Tophia love patty melts so much to where she is constantly eating them and begging online for money to buy them? Especially since there are cheaper and tastier alternative to Whataburger patty melts.

So why does tophia obsess over a mediocre patty sandwich that anyone can make at home for $10? Especially when there are cheaper alternatives at Jack in the Box

Maybe there’s an emotional connection tin to it? It evokes happier times? Like I like plain donuts and orange juice because it reminds me of school events where we had to be there early and I have a soft spot for bad pizza for similar reason. There are obvious *better* options, but I still like those a lot. Although not to the point of ebegging to get them…

I’ve never had one before but it just looks like a grilled cheese sandwich with some meat slapped in the middle. a mcdonald’s burger looks better than that, but then again, why would I expect someone as disgusting and fat as her to have better tastes.

    I’d fuck up a jack double smash with extra pickles, a side of the spicy loaded potato wedges, and a medium hi-C fruit punch‼️It gives me a crazy stomachache but it’s literally my fav thing ever other than the food stands I see at big parks in my city

I actually tried the patty melt at a Sonic. It was meh. I'm going to Texas in Nov for work, so I'll definetely try a Whataburger patty melt.

I made one at home before I heard of tophia bc I saw a binging w babish video and it was pretty good, especially if u like butter and cheese and extra fat and stuff all over ur burger so honestly I see why she would like it
