   I read the ears are a birth defect. Same with the jaw so at the dna level, she is chopped / mutilated (some1 said that in a comment and I think it fits)🖤

    I just took a similar selfie to see if maybe it just appears that way but no. I think she really has her ears attached to her neck. Mine are clearly behind my cheeks and up higher when I bent my head back. I wonder what causes this condition it's bizarre
