    it is a shame brotherchu wasn't tried in court for him creeping on those minors and for dating a high schooler. Shame on those cops for not doing their job as they didn't investigate him. But I take solace in that he did spend some time in jail and was arrested for a brief time and for those brave neighbors for reporting him to the cops
