Literally!!! I just commented this on another post. She has some sense of self awareness but chooses to twist and mold what she wants reality to be in her head. She swears people were more excited to see her at Brotherchu’s car meet than for the actual event. She knows damn well that’s not entirely true and if they did want to see her it was for the lulz not because they’re actually fans.

My theory is that it's a defense mechanism. Deep down she knows she's unintelligent and incredibly unattractive. Her self esteem has to be so low that she's blocking out reality and projecting upon people. In her mind, reality isn't real if she says its not.
