It's definitely her health issues but with all three of them bunched up in that car with heater on high and it's been two weeks since any of them has had a shower probably doesn't help
They claim their mom has asthma and thyroid issues, but even with that being true she needs to see a doctor. Having a persistent cough can be a symptom of a chest infection or worse…cancer. But no Mamachu is totally fine according to her brain dead pedo children.
