You can set up payment plans and pay over time it increases if you miss a payment. You can have payments each month as low as about $30. Sometimes even lower. I have to pay taxes under self employment.. self employment can be stressful, and these are one of the reasons I’m about to go back to working for someone else.

IRS will eventually garnish any earnings you receive. Like if she were to get a settlement or win the lottery for example.
