It hit me that Tophia may not be aware of the existence of Asian Supermarkets, at least not to my knowledge, nor has tried to visit one. Does Albuquerque even have one? Under no circumstances should she learn about them. If Albuquerque does and she learns, this will not be pretty, especially if she goes REGULARLY. And if there is not one, she’ll probably make plans to visit to nearest one. Keeping this knowledge hidden is like hiding the Smurf village from Gargamel.

Overall, … Don’t tell her anything! Think of the poor Asian teens, protect them from Gargachu.

We have a few but they're basically grocery stores so since she can't cook they don't hold much interest. Once the Daiso finally opens up I wouldn't be surprised if they relocate to be closer to it.

    Maybe that horrible makeup will scare the teens away or make them cringe. Nobody likes cringe, and a 30 something year old acting like a middle schooler is cringey.
