It took my single mother around 6 years to be able to buy a home alone, post divorce. This was with a salary working as a biochemist at Merck!!!! How the fuck is tophia going to afford a home making less than $6k a year….?

  She has convinced herself that the VA is going to buy a home for her, and it's going to be a 5-bed. It took my husband having a steady job for 5 years for both of us to get our home. Tophia has lousy credit from her, allowing her mom and dad to max out cards on TV dinners in her name and evictions. Marie and Donald both have failed mortgages in their names. It will never happen

    I really wish someone could explain this to her. She’s so out of touch with reality. She really should have a social worker and be in someone’s care. She doesn’t understand anything, and Marie will die on her watch. 2 people with very obvious special needs.
