   The bitch can’t build savings to save her life because her priorities are fucked up- and then she has zero credit as well as zero dollars and zero work history so I imagine apartments aren’t too keen to rent to her and her family

   The apartment eviction was bc they relied on their bipolar schizophrenic stepdad to pay the rent w his disability checks even tho they played w his meds and he was literally manic asf and didnt pay 3 months worth bc tophia refused to get a job even though it was $800ish utilities INCLUDED FOR A 3bd 2ba😭😭😭 also papachu kept burning stuff and almost burnt the apartment down when the swat team came to get him.

   As for why shes living in a car, she refuses to get a job and tries to survive off of the literal pennies she makes sometimes off of tiktok. So she made her brother pay for her and her mom to stay in a motel. They ended up im a car shortly and moved to another motel which they got kicked out of bc tophia couldnt come up w like $150 to help her brother pay for HER room bc she got a food and corn addiction. Not to mention the motel was disgusting and they pissed all over them beds.

   She literally is living in a car bc she would rather be homeless than work, im not even exaggerating. Its genuinely that crazy😭

      Another important thing that lead up to the apartment eviction is the family was relying on their rent being freezed during covid which was supposed to help people who wouldn’t work during that time they relied on it for probably about 2 years then got evicted

   Well first she got kicked out of her apartment where she lived with her dog, mom, dad, and brother. I believe this was early 2023 when she officially had to move into some motels. Her dad got arrested before they were evicted from the apartment so he didn’t go with them.

   Along the way, she lost her dog Hershey because according to her another dog somehow got into her motel room and scared Hershey, causing her to run away and never come back. I think Tophia confirmed Hershey died.

   And then I believe it was at the end of October 2024 when Tophia, her mom, and her brother got kicked out of their last hotel room because they couldn’t pay for the room in time. But yes, they were absolutely filthy and basically trashed the room, as shown by the housekeeper who filmed their nasty ass room.

   After that I guess they got tired of hotel hopping and decided to live out of their cars, where they still remain to this day lmao

   My prediction is they’re not gonna buy no house anytime soon like Tophia says and it’s gonna get too hot in the summer so they’ll be forced back into a motel room eventually.

   Before they got kick out of the last hotel they were living in, she got banned from going live on TikTok permanently because she made her sims woohoo in from of her sim child. She wasn’t making much money on TikTok after that and she spent the last of her money on a Betty boop makeup kit and hair vitamins which was around $110, then she begged on Instagram stories for $120 and no one gave it to her. The people working at the hotel were already tired of her and her family so they kicked them out the moment they couldn’t afford their rent and put them on a Do Not Rent list for how trashed they left the room.

   Tophia lives in a car because she doesn’t want a job ever again. The real reason she doesn’t want a job is because she got fired for being STANK at Dunkin which is her first and last time having a job and this was like over 7 years ago, so Tophia was like 24 back then, and while 24 isn’t an elderly age, it’s too old to not be showering ever!
