Good morning everyone

I'm working very hard to get the [Tophia fandom wiki](https://slydell-family-lore.fandom.com/wiki/Brotherchu_being_shot) up to date with all the information that we recieved this morning regarding the Chu family.

I just want to say it is so amazing to see people in the Tophia community being so empathetic towards Tophia and her family, I feel personally, it is very normalized to look at lolcows as a whole with a lense of sociopathy but I'm glad that you guys have hearts.

Anyways, what information do we have ***CONFIRMED***? (**no assumptions and no speculation please!!**) What has been *said*? What do we *know* is real?

I don't think it was someone from online like she says. I think it was a carjacking gone wrong (clearly). The shooter probably has no idea who Tophia or Donald is.

So based on what Tophia described, Jr was in the front seat and the robber most likely shot him first while Tophia jumped out of the car (who is also in the front) and then drove off with Marie in the back. So Donald is most likely dead or critically injured.

friend was watching the news, police mentioned a shooting two people (including the suspect) shot dead and one shot but taken to the hospital. i’m pretty sure donald is dead. marie in the hospital

From what I just heard on the news report that got shared... 2 people shot to ☠️ and another shot and at the hospital. One of the two who passed was the offender.

This is terrible.

      Someone else posted that the offender had a stand-off with the police. Don’t quote me on that, but that's all I know for the moment.
