Question for the Group that is up to date on the situation.... In regards to Tophia now

So from my understanding, the car was in an attempted or succesful carjacking situation where Toph wasnt inside but Mamachu was and the brother? ( im still confused if brotherchu tried to take the car or a stranger) and there was some type of pew pew action and then a couple of people got the strays and one injured. So now tophia is carless aka homeless, not in a car?

This means she is out and about walking around with literally NOTHING. just a phone and probably no charger.
