They can take her to the hospital out of concern, but she was likely taken to the station for questioning. It’s most important to get the information as quickly as they can. She can ask for a ride to the hospital, but the police aren’t under an obligation to do that for her.

Car was totally wrecked in the shootout so she’s either aimlessly wandering the streets or hopefully at the hospital or police station waiting for answers.

I don't think so, she sounds like she's in a vehicle. If she was outside or in a building then you would hear a lot more background noise.

It depends on Marie’s condition. Even if she’s stable, visitors still might be denied access. If the police haven’t spoken to Marie yet, Tophia will not be able to visit her. They’ll be separated until then.
