Doesn’t matter if she meant it, I cherish my mom so much I will be devastated when she does pass. This is why I will never treat her like Tophia has treated her mom and family. Gratefulness is a virtue that many people do not practice until it’s too late.

They were sleeping and a guy with a warrant shot brotherchu and killed him. Marie was shot by the cops, who were trying to get the suspect (and ultimately did)

Cops were never involved it was a nearby security guard that put down the suspect. He just happened to intervene after the shooter crashed their car near an apartment the guard worked at.

Not at all, I can’t imagine how Tophia or Marie are doing mentally. Traumatic for sure, I understand coping and grief comes in different ways and hopefully the younger audience doesn’t abuse that. May Marie stay in hospital getting better and may she get the care for her cough & hopefully the state finds somewhere to put tophia at & get both of them the help they need, crazy way to start the week for sure. Hope they find peace

I think the suspect didn't even take time to move brotherchu before driving off. In the press conference it said the driver of the Jeep noticed a man in the driver's seat covered in blood. We can't say for sure what happened but its tragic all the way around.

In my opinion Marie needs to be in a nursing home facility, I’m sure she gets paid from welfare and she can receive more assistance. She doesn’t need to be going through all this at her age. Hopefully someone within the hospital will help her with that process.

She should have been in one when she was last hospitalized. It pissed me off they kicked her out so fast.

I have a feeling that she’ll have to be discharged into a skilled nursing facility or rehab, depending on how strong she is. She wasn’t in the best shape to begin with and I’m sure she’s going to have to be hospitalized for a while, which usually means quite a bit of deconditioning.
There will be social workers at the hospital who will be able to make sure Marie gets whatever resources are available. Medicaid and whatever benefits she was eligible for would cover a nursing home, so if she’ll agree, that’s an option.
Hopefully they can also get Tophia in a better situation, too. I just really hope the two of them will be cooperative and actually accept the help.

I don't think any of us wanted anyone to die. Unfortunately, Brotherchu is gone. From what I read Marie is stable in the hospital, and now Tophia has to feel as alone as ever. She has no one right now, and I feel terrible for her. She didn't deserve this. Donald didn't deserve this. Marie didn't deserve this. None of them did.
