   I almost feel like it’s more likely in jail than in the shelter he was in before I’m sure every place has their own sets of rules and regulations but at least where I live they are trained to inform you and even allow you to go to the funeral if it was a victimless crime

   i think if he gets put on medication it’s possible that he’ll be able to comprehend it, as he is now, it’s pretty unlikely
