      I thought I read they tried to get him out of the car and he refused so they shot him and that’s what woke her up so she was able to escape.

         I don’t think so? In the interview with that cop dude, he said that Tophia heard the gun shot first and then she heard the window break. I think she also said something about how when she woke up she saw that her brother looked dead. I don’t think there was a struggle, I think the pos shooter shot him while he was asleep.

      Yes…Marie was inside and got shot and brotherchu was shot in the head, so the suspect was driving the car with both of them inside…
