So I’m very confused why Aunt Karen is being praised when there’s multiple videos of her making Tophia breakdown on the internet. She states it’s not my intention to hurt her feelings or whatever but in those same videos urge people to not cashapp her to help the situation. I even tagged her to those videos and asked her why she suddenly cares when she labeled Tophia as a “scammer” before and practically not worthy of hard working people’s donations. Like she said “it’s on you if you donate.” Another thing I find weird is that video of her in a judge suit displaying while allowing three random people read Tophia and air out whatever situation was going on.
Correct me if I’m wrong but I honestly want to understand where her intentions are coming from. Plus Ak recently posted a video saying she’s “not arguing with anime profile pictures” and calling us broke. P.s I donated what I could to Tophia even if that’s what the old Aunt Karen wouldn’t like….

Aunt Karen legitimately confronted Tophia over her numerous lies and scams, and Tophia broke down because she could not handle confrontation or facing her own faults like a normal adult. That's not on Aunt Karen, that's on Tophia for being a dishonest and immature person. So don't paint Aunt Karen in a bad way for that, Tophia 100% is to blame for her breakdowns in those streams.
As for this new thing, Aunt Karen is a typical drama leech. Maybe she really cares (she was very respectful to Tophia during their conversations, so maybe she's a decent person deep down), or maybe it's so she can look good. Maybe it's both, because humans aren't just one dimensional creatures.

Aunt Karen is an opportunist and hops onto anything that is popular at the moment.

As much as Aunt Karen was weird for making Tophia break down like that at least she’s trying to help in some way by bringing awareness and trying to make sure she has a place to stay.

tophia is not responsible with money, donating to her is feeding her a lifestyle of not actually fighting for her own money and spending it with junk, this tragic accident doesn’t erase her reckless spending

Aunt Karen (in my opinion) is only doing something to help Tophia cause she feels guilty about the bullying Tophia has endured and thinks due to the bullying is the reason for the shooting, when it was probably just a random car jacking.
I feel for Tophia. But I feel like aunt Karen can still help her behind closed doors

Yall do realize that not everything is black and white right? We can acknowledge that Tophia isn’t a good person & deserves to be called out, while also feeling absolutely terrible for the situation she’s in and wanting to make sure she’s okay and safe.

I think Aunt Karen is doing this at least partially for clout… but also it’s normal to have complex feelings about people and even change your mind when circumstances change. You can think Tophia should generally get her life together and earn money at a job while also thinking that she just went through a tragic, traumatic experience and is deserving of some help to get through it.
