Someone found his past records but it was kinda weird bc he was only found guilty of like 6/30 things he was charged w. I think all his charges regarding child abuse were not guilty too. The mom of his kids (idk if thats his wife) has a really bad track record tho. A mess😭😭😭

At some point, you’re a career criminal. You aren’t going to be rehabilitated. You don’t want to be rehabilitated. Then stay in prison.

The problem is that keeping criminals in jail means tax payers are paying for these individuals to get free food and shelter. Jail would stop being about rehabilitation and just become another unethical place for society to discard undesirables like insane asylums.

As in, prisoners would do work projects like cleaning up high ways, working in factories to construct license plates, etc to pay off their own facilities. Of course, this also calls into question the ethics especially with the delicate history of slavery in the United States.

Isn't he currently in prison or incarcerated in some capacity? Individuals that are mentally ill can still be tried in the US court and convicted. Even pleas of insanity get you institutionalized.
