Why hasn’t Momma Tot jumped on to support

Momma Tot usually jumps in to help during tragedy’s. Tophia mentioned one of them that Ophelia (Momma Tot) donated to and Tophia was furious about it for some reason. This is a very long time ago. I am suprised she hasn’t jumped on to help our big back friend???

    i feel like she probably had the intention to but tophia opened her mouth too soon and lost all the empathy people had for her that ophelia made the best pr decision not to. that’s what i think but idk
