If we’re being honest.. a good portion of that GFM money will go towards a snake of an attorney that will take her case for an easy check. She has a 0% chance at winning the case to “clear her name.”
To sue someone for defamation is a looongggg and expensive route. You have to prove a lotttt for it stick. Tophia’s name was already chopped based on HER behaviors. The agency people reached out and told them to look at her digital footprint, which is not a crime. Most of the things people judge her for is things she’s done/said & you can’t sue people for their opinions of you. I fear Tophia has forgotten people can countersue, so if she does all this and loses.. People can turn around and sue her right back. 😅 It’s going to be interesting to see where all this GFM will be going towards, since I’m sure the state will be funding A LOT of things that are involved with Donald’s passing. Personally, I will not be donating, especially after everything Tophia has been saying recently. The internet was not responsible for your evictions, your lack of payment was.. both times.

She, before trolls here even a thing, was not making any money. Her content has always been trash. It wasn’t as if she was making thousands, trolls came in and now she’s homeless. She thinks having opinions means you’re defaming her. It’s actually a crazy take. Brand deals are not always $$ especially in her case. She’ll take a pattymelt as payment for a “brand deal.” Lol I know she’s still going to try so it’ll be an interesting watch. 😅

Mark my words every attorney is going to tell her no. Even if there was a case (there’s not) every attorney on the face of the earth would advise it’s not worth the money she would need to pay in attorneys fees.

It unfortunate, but in this world we are forced to follow a crowd of sheep. Also to keep our differing valid opinions and thoughts to ourselves (albeit a lot of hers weren't valid lol) or else face extreme public scrutiny.

I don't think abusing your animals and treating your family like shit etc on stream are "differing opinions" I believe it's just being a shitty person in front of a live audience, who is going to react. You do not get to hit your animals, turn to chat and go "Uhhh why are you all jeering?? Give me money??"

She’s also said before that pictures / screen shots are not allowed in court (they are) but screen recordings are because they can’t be faked (false). The evidence will be examined to see if it’s been altered in any way.
You also have to proof damages. The judge isn’t just gonna take your word for it and make decisions on it. You lost “millions”? Where’s all the brands that dropped you because of the rumors? You got dropped from an agency? Where’s the proof they dropped you based on the false rumors (and if they even wanted to sign you, cos that email looks fake). Emotional and mental distress? Cool, where’s your therapist’s files on you? It’s not just based on hearsay.
She’s gonna get a crummy lawyer off the TikTok shop that’s gonna take all her money, drag her along, then flake

I work for a law firm. Retainers for defamation cases are insane. I think the bare minimum any attorney would take is 10k. Let’s also talk about the fact tophia cannot come up with a dollar amount she lost. The agency wasn’t signing her for any money. They were signing her to “help” get brand deals. There is no way to come up with an amount. The alleged “brand deal” she lost was an affiliate link that anyone can sign up for. No attorney will take this case because there is no case.
