She wasn't mentally healthy to begin with, and the trolls made it worse.
I understand her anger towards the trolls that said horrible things to her. They were threatening her, scaring her, and attacking her entire being. She believes that the world should have human decency from her child like 13 year old perspective... shes learning that the world is cruel in a really hard way.
Most people learn about start learning the real world when they get their first job.

Shes so mentally unwell. i work with mentally unwell, children and an adult, and theres a difference in how they were RAISED. Theres the family that genuinely wants them to help them and work on having them become able to be independent, then there are those "families" that gets mad that their kid gets in trouble for refusing to do homework and insulting staff. basically not even helping them but enabling these bad behaviors and blame the system.... its always the families like tophias who refuse to see their kid can be wrong and just enables them

Imagine someone telling you to grow and learn... implying you are intellectually deficient and incapable.

She's also been dealing with trolls nonstop and they unfortunately live rent free in her head. Shes on edge. Honestly, I myself would be on edge as well if people were taking photos of me outside and talking about me poorly online 24/7.
This is comparable to being locked up in your bedroom with extreme agoraphobia or social anxiety thinking the whole world is against you.
