Even tho her name isn’t on the lease she can still be put on the court papers for the eviction. Happened to me I stayed with my mom while my apartment was being fixed up. Landlord found out and put me on the lease with my mom and when she got evicted my name was added. Even tho I wasn’t technically living there just staying for like month.

She came online days before their eviction from the hotel saying she needed $120 if I remember correctly then said “we worked it out” and she didn’t need the money then she came on later and said they couldn’t get the money but they were gonna find somewhere else to go. Before that when they were motel hopping, she accidentally showed her IP address while setting up her switch or Xbox and that’s how people found out where she was. As for the apartment, they left Donald to manage the payments and when they were told they were being evicted she said on live “I knew he wasn’t paying the rent”. They were behind a few thousand. How is that anyone on Reddit’s fault?

I’ve genuinely never seen someone on this Reddit take a pic of her it’s always been secondhand; I think only once did I see someone post an original pic. Can I just say something? She isn't wrong. There are many people who would make it her mission to find her location and try to get her thrown out of where she's staying. Not all of us, but some.

First of all, she posts all her business online, not saying that justifies it, but she should know better than to post too much info online, that’s the reason why Tophia has doxxed herself multiple times, then pointed blame to trolls or Angie. Secondly, Tophia’s been on TikTok for years. You don’t think people have already tried to get her kicked out of places? She’s been homeless, motel hopping for 2 years, she didn’t get kicked out of any of those motels because of trolls, it’s because her and her family have constantly failed to pay rent.
