Anyone else agree with Tophia?
I agree with her on ONE☝🏻 thing and its that she can't get a job due to trolls. Like, her hypothetical job will most definitely get calls and review bombed, and she would be fired quickly. Obviously, warning her employers and coworkers about her previous actions is a good thing, but that's most likely not going to be the trolls intentions. I HATE defending Tophia, but the people telling her 'get a job' aren't thinking critically. She can't keep a job on her own accord, so mix in the malicious trolls who want to get her fired for the sake of it just makes finding employment a hopeless endeavor. Atp I think government assistance is her only option, if she is even eligible.

Eh. It’s another excuse. According to her, her brother got calls at his job as well and nothing happened.
Plus, she already made additional excuses as to why she can’t work jobs. She can’t work any stocking or warehouse jobs, anything BOH because she has back problems. She can’t work as a cashier or anything FOH because she can’t stand for 8 hours straight. She can’t work a desk job (not that she’d qualify for it anyway) because she can’t sit for 8 hours straight.
She has an excuse ready to go for any suggestion she gets.
As for government assistance, she also claims she makes too much to be on any. We all know that’s a lie.
The truth is, she doesn’t wanna give up on her dream of being the next Kardashian. She would rather be on the street (as she already was) and have nothing to her name than carry around an EBT card or wear a uniform if she can’t achieve her dream.
She doesn’t even want to be an influencer or content creator cos she doesn’t put any effort into anything she does. She just wants to get paid to exist, like a Kardashian (even though they put in effort too). Now that her brother is dead and she’s getting more cash apps and PayPal’s than before, she feels embolden more than effort to continue her delusion.

You forgot she can't work anything that starts with an early day because she's tired. She can't work 2nd shift because she has social media work, and the third shift, her mom won't let her do that, but she's 31 years old 😭🤣

I just said what you said in another post: she is 31 and doesn't want to grow up. She can't even hilly care for herself. She hasn't taken a shower even though having free access to one. And her idea for caring for Marie is filling out paperwork, which we all do.

You’re right though. She’s convinced that she’s gonna be a huge influencer but can’t even be bothered to put in the work to become that. It’s not even clear what her content is. There’s no cohesion to it. She’s basically a female Cyraxx. She’s terrible at everything. Her makeup tutorials (using that word loosely) are awful. The cooking videos she did are nasty because her environment is always dirty. Her commentary on any subject is always ill informed and stupid. She has no money to buy things to review. What she does get is junk most people wouldn’t buy.

I mean..it’s valid in some ways where it also isn’t…She has never made an effort to find a job since her whole dunkin situation. She just gave up and used the “trolls” as an excuse. YES, I do think that if she were to be employed and posted about that shit online it would get review bombed which could lead to her being fired..BUT I also think that if she were to find a job, try her best, and not post about it publicly she’d mostly be okay..(Yes, I know there’s deranged motherfuckers who are obsessed with her and would probably hunt down her place of work..but at that point I feel like an employer would be more sympathetic to the situation and not immediately let her go 🤷🏻)

She can get a job but she’d have to sacrifice posting about it or her life online for a while unless she went private and vetted who she followed. Unfortunately lolcows often prefer the attention and notoriety that comes with being chronically online so they’ll do it. If lolcows stopped posting or the “milk dries up” people even the most unhinged trolls would find someone else to target or grow out of it

The type of things that I look for in a background check are more in the arrest record, felonies, jail sentences type thing. I’d also look at her social media, but it wouldn’t disbar her from a factory job, or kitchen work. Her lack of skills and attitude would be why I wouldn’t hire her.

maybe standards r way lower in the usa, but with her internet profile, if she’d look for a job anywhere in the uk, it’d be impossible.

It depends a lot on the job. Cook at a Dennys? Doesn’t matter much if you did 5 years in prison (this is obviously depending on what the charges are). Show up clean and ready to work. Same for factory work. Front desk at a hotel? Different story. That would not be a good fit with her Internet presence. She would not do well on any customer facing employment. She has 0 customer service skills and her attitude as well as hygiene pretty well rules that out. If I remember right, she was let go from her last job for hygiene and eating on the job.

Been watching lul cows for what feels like decades at this point. This is never true it only holds true in cases where they come online and tell people where they are working.
They can easily just not post anymore and go look for a job, but they don't want to it's fairly simple.
While she is an awful person most people act badly behind closed doors. I bet if I could record your arguments you have with your family's behind closed doors that many would be fired.

Nah, there are some jobs that genuinely don't care about your past or present, they just care that you show up and work. I work at one of those types of jobs because I have a significant gap in my resume. There's somebody who has a history of sexual harassment and stalking in the company, there's been rapists, there are people who are visibly in active addiction and getting drunk on the job. Several of my coworkers were hired while they were homeless as well. Tophia could easily get a job somewhere like that and not lose it. She's just too fucking lazy.

i agree for the most part. i think she definitely clings to that as a reason to not try to get herself out of their situation and make some money that isn’t pennies from tiktok. on the other hand, i feel like a lot of people (here especially) tend to pretend that there aren’t genuinely malicious people that hunt her down, send her threats, etc. i won’t mention the name of said group of people or what platform they’re on because i think it’s against the rules, but you know what i mean. unlike here, they are actually out to get her, and would absolutely make sure she got fired. hell, they sent her a suicide kit once. 🤷🏽♀️

If she works in the back of a store or over night no one’s gonna know. If she cleans office buildings or does overnight stocking or work at a factory she’ll be fine. But I agree about her being on the frontlines like a cashier but luckily there are so many jobs that can be down. She’s limiting herself by only thinking about working fast food.
