Donald is never getting buried.
Even if she would have gotten that go fund me, it was never going to happen. She's been talking about going to comic con so clearly she's saving but you couldn't save to bury your little brother?
Tbh I don't think Donald is even at the funeral home anymore. She says she knows someone at the home who's looking out, that's a lie. She always claims to have friends in high places but I believe he's been scattered because technically he can't be held for more than 120 days unclaimed, that's why she seems so unconcerned.
She's even fooled Marie's silly behind into blaming the Internet for him not getting buried even though she "lost" his death certificate which was needed to claim the gofund me. (I guarantee she never picked it up in the first place). Her life is so fixable yet she's determined to waste away and take advantage of others kindness...

My understanding is that he's not technically "unclaimed"--I believe this doesn't mean no one's picked him up, but that they have no identified next of kin or are unidentified themselves. That said she has absolutely no intention to pick his dusty ass up, absolutely none.

He's for sure abandoned; just as I understand it there's a specific procedure for those bodies that are strictly unclaimed that would differ from how a "claimed" body would be kept.

Unclaimed bodies aren't usually cremated. They're buried in a mass grave. So in this situation I believe unclaimed means no one has picked up the ashes. The state paid for everything. Unclaimed or unidentified people are done for free. Which is done in the cheapest way possible.

They only cremate them in her county. It's just a direct cremation with nothing else. This program is called the unclaimed indigent program, so if you're unclaimed or don't have the assets to cover your own burial/cremation, the state takes over and cremates them. He's claimed, just not picked up

I think most of us called this when the GFM was announced. If Tophia gets $2, she’s gonna spend it on something stupid and impractical for herself. When there was still a possibility that she was getting that 7k, she was talking about buying everything but a grave for her brother - getting her hair braided, a house with a pool for her and her “peep”, a vacation (from what, I don’t know).
The only reason her brother wasn’t left decomposing in that car is because the ambulance picked him up. Tophia only cares about Tophia.

Tophia has no incentive to do it, she can use his lack of burial to try to scam money out of people and continue to blow it on whatever she wants. I still can't get over the fact she fled and didn't even call 911 on him and someone else had to do it, while she used the situation for content

It’s genuinely impressive how dead set she is on making her life worse by not dealing with ANYTHING. Like everything going on right now has to be even more draining than just getting your ass out that mall and picking up his death certificate and ashes then pouring them out somewhere “meaningful” or just show the internet you’ve picked them up and having the internet get off your ass about it.
