Now I mentioned this before but it bothers me so much because Tophia the fact that you’re like “ I can’t work I have major depression and ptsd “ and then continue to say “ you get out of bed with major depression “ …. As someone who has major DEPRESSIVE DISORDER ( that’s the correct term Tophia ) I’m here to tell you that you can actually get a job with ptsd and depression and two you definitely can get out of bed with major depressive disorder if you actually work on and get help with the things that are troubling you . It’s lots of work that will require you to get up like getting up to go to therapy and taking walks to help with any episodes etc so it’s not just talking it’s actual work and reflecting which I know you’re scared to do so since you’ve denied so many things you’ve said and done for years and constantly play sad music and mention your brother like cmon now
