Am I the only one who’s seeing that Mamachu is aging pretty fast?

I wanna state that I have no sympathy towards Marie, but she’s aging fast. In this clip, she looks way more younger and is more well spoken. This is only a year ago. Nowadays she looks rough, and she can’t speak without pausing or coughing.
