Tophia just mentioned on her live that as of this month, they have not been receiving papachus checks…she has admitted in the past of receiving them and using them to pay for their motels. I am assuming that check covered most if not all of that expense. Her sub count hasn’t been the same in nearly a year and earns maybe enough for a week of motel in maybe a month? Maybe she earns more….she’s just way too comfy and unbothered on live rn for someone who just lost the biggest cashflow she and her family depended on….

Why would Marie not be receiving his check anymore? Unless they scheduled his release date and the judge had a social worker admit him into a nursing home facility in which case the nursing home would take his check

  You make a great point! I was actually guessing the same thing as far as his check being used to pay for whatever facility he is going to be in, which totally makes sense…but then again, if she knew this before hand…she has spending money so extra unnecessarily this month soo what is going to happen now? We never know with the Chus

I’m not sure, but he stayed too long in jail. They stopped his checks. Marie needed to file for hardship and familial relief. If you check my comment history, I tried to explain this to Marie at least 3x.

  Her brother seems to have random jobs here and there but also seems not contribute much…marie gets no checks but Im almost positive that she gets food stamps…

    Marie does not get food stamps , tophia herself said on live they don’t. Even though she can qualify she and I quote “makes too much money to apply for food stamps” I think it’s more she doesn’t want to seem poor and it’s above her to receive food stamps.
