I don't believe this will be the hearing that determines if he loses his check but he is charged with a felony and if he's convicted he will lose benefits.

Here’s the kicker: someone should have notified the VA upon his incarceration to reduce the amount paid to him during his incarceration. His disability rating would have been reduced for the time of his incarceration. Upon the 61st day the benefits stop completely. NOW: knowing these people, nobody alerted the VA when he went in to reduce his benefits so that means Uncle Sam WILL come around to collect that overpayment. Carchu era is imminent.

I don’t think it’s a VA pension I think it’s SSDI. In order to get money from the VA u have to leave the military with an injury or mental health and I don’t think he did. And depending on what percentage u are is how much u get and if ur not 100% disabled (which is very hard to get) they don’t pay very much money. Either way I hope they lose the money!!!! For them to leave him homeless with no money is beyond fucked up!!!!

New Mexico doesn’t do livestreams, and this is a private hearing due to it talking about papachu mental health and other sensitive information, unless you have permission to view from the lawyer then it’s a closed off trial
