Bruh I was listening to mamachu cough
How did it get so bad from a year ago? How much longer does she have because I know she’s not going to the doctor for it. Man that cough is terrible I listened to her cough from a year ago and I couldn’t believe she didn’t cough like that. So what’s building up in her lungs like that. Lung disease are not to be played with idk if she’s going to get help. Also brotherchu is going to go to jail for his actions. Tophia can’t drive so she won’t be able to go to a doctor or get medicine.

Also if they can’t afford the dr, the ER cannot turn you away for not being able to pay and that cough needs to be addressed. My aunt lived with a smoker for 30-40 years and developed a cough like that and ended up being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. She also thought it was just her “asthma”. She needs to see another dr.

Exactly!! That's what I'm saying. I KNOW she will use the fact they can't afford it. But there is options just like that. It's serious. No matter how much we loath tophia, and her mother... Seriously, it's concerning...she sounds like she's grasping for life with each fit.

Right? With no job they should be able to get Medicaid. If not Medicaid then there are low cost plans at healthcare.gov and whichever plan they have you can contact them and they can arrange medical transport usually as part of your insurance

Not like tophia would help contribute to her care or medication anyways. At least a trip to the ER to get her cough checked out, but I feel like tophia just doesn't care. She's uses her mom being sick as an excuse why she needs an apartment and why it's owed to her, but doesn't do anything to actually prove she cares even in the slightest. If my mother who was getting up in years had that cough, I'd be doing my damnedest to get her care. If I can't afford it, SOMETHING at least to help. Most tophia is doing is sheltering and feeding her sometimes. And her in a musty motel room that we all know can't have the best air quality definitely doesnt help.
