Can Tophia ever look pretty?
If she lost a ton of weight and took better care of herself, could she be pretty?
... or is she going to have to have medical intervention?
I ask this because I just saw a video of her, and omfg shes ugly af. Those Neanderthal genes are tight in her.

I've lost track of how often I've said it but like, a bit of basic hygiene and just developing a personality would do her wonders, being physically beautiful is much less of a necessity in life than being pleasant to be with and around; she just happens to be none of these things.

A consistent shower schedule, a diet that isn’t consistent of continuously out eating a McDonald’s.. she’d be a 5. She’s kinda SOL on the face issue but that’s nothing a bag can’t cover

Nah. Her face is a tear down. She’s have to somehow fix that Cro-Magnon forehead, crazy hooded eyes, deep nasiolabial folds, ears on her neck and those chicklet teef. That’s like a million dollars of work right there. And that’s not even counting her body.

I don’t think so, every feature she has is bad or saggy or not normal like the big ass dent in her forehead, her low ass ears or the way her forehead slopes over her eyes like a Neanderthal. Even her smile lines are fucking weird lol. If she had a good personality and good hygiene she could’ve been pretty to SOMEONE possibly but too late for that.

I think if she got her teeth aligned with braces, got her hair professionally colored, got BANGS to hide her forehead, got it straightened too, lost a lot of fat and focused on muscle growth, she could be presentable.

Something I have noticed is that people often think women with a pretty face and a "bad" body are more beautiful than women with a "good" body (let's say, 36-24-36 or 90-60-90 (in cm)) and an ugly face.
Sooo... I doubt people would find her pretty if she lost weight because there's really not a lot to do with her facecard. She would look a little better, for sure. But never pretty.

Her child photo was actually cute, but her lack of personal hygiene and poor health along with her shitty personality makes her look bad. If she took care of herself and actually engaged in introspection, maybe she wouldn't look so bad. A person's personality greatly affects their outward appearance. I've seen people who were very good looking, but they showed who they really are and it made them ugly, inside and out. She continues to be the way she is and so nothing will ever change for her and that's the reality.

Even if she did it won’t make a difference. Whenever she gets acne or anything she just dumps a pound of foundation like it’s helping. her face quite literally has craters and she thinks adding more makeup will help. She is incapable of taking care of herself.
