The only bill she has is doordash and Mountain Dew 😭

Her phone is prepaid so I’m assuming it’s pretty cheap. She’s just pissed she makes nothing every month and what she does get she can’t go blow it on fast food and thrift store junk. Welcome to adulthood Tophia

Honestly even if your job is entry-level I don’t think she’s capable to doing the work. Like complaining about McDonald’s when those workers are so far ahead in comparison to her is crazy. She’s applying to work from home jobs but doesn’t even have a place. Like…

If my calculations and guesses are correct, she’s got two bills. She already said “if we can’t afford gas I’ll pay it”. Which means- she isn’t paying it lmao. Keeping $20 aside for gas. What? $60 for a phone bill? Maybe less?? I have a strong feeling she’s on like a- $45-$50 a month plan?? Storage is probably up to $100 a month? And she wants to talk about BILLS? Homegirl I spent that on my car today and that was just on the oil change and alignment. To say those are bills hanging over her head and she needs to prepare for those?? I make that in a little over a day. Two days this week because I had to take time off to get my car serviced. You’re telling me you’re crying online losing it for what I make in a day sometimes? And you still refuse a 9-5 job? What a JOKE.
What’s crazy to me is that work can be fun too??? I work for a homeless outreach. I run groups where we tie dye, make food, and explore the city. This week I’m taking my clients on a tour of a local opera house and art museum. The fact that she thinks that sitting in a car screaming on her phone for 8-12 hours a day is better and somehow more rewarding than working at a meaningful job is so incredibly mind boggling to me. I can’t grasp that at all tbh.
I know we’ve all been in this boat, wondering how she can be so dense and stupid. But whenever she shares the little details like this I’m so baffled all over again. I worked in group homes earlier before my journey in this field and I was taking a buncha teenagers to amusement parks and malls and movie theaters all summer. The fact that those jobs are entry level and she says that’s something that she’s above is crazy to me. Minimum wage here is $16.35. Group homes will try to entice you by offering “above minimum”. It’s usually a lowball of $17. With my experience I was making $19 but she would start at $17. Meaning in two days, she’d make her entire months bills. Two days of the week she’d have to show up to a comfy house decorated and warm. Bring some clients to a fun outing, and then come back and usually eat what they’re eating because meals are provided. And somehow, that is below her? I can’t grasp it. I really and truly can’t understand it. I know I’ve been here a while I’ve seen her antics. But times like this it really comes back to me and makes me think that somehow she has deemed this lifestyle is soo much better
