Yep, I would agree. As apart of my job, I am required to do occasional lice checks on the kids I work with. Those definitely look like lice eggs opposed to dandruff.

Answer: no. Its alot easier to bleach all of your hair vs. just doing the roots. I used to be blonde, and it was a pain in the ass. It's not something I see her doing.
