Did I miss the part where the apartment was tear-gassed

Hi. Sorry if the info I have is wrong. I’m completely confused about the situation. I watched the 25 minute video of Donald being arrested in Jan 2023. Then I also saw Tophia’s instagram story and she said that the apartment was tear-gassed. I didn’t see that in the video. I’m so confused why she is saying that.

      After I heard. It was raid in Dec and charged with kidnapping. Then didn’t go to court and they got a warrant in Jan

      So why was she saying that that she couldn’t breathe and that it was such a big hazard? Because I remember her lives back then she was fine. Like why is she making a big deal about the tiger gas now when she was completely fine with it back then?
