Personally never had it happened, but I just googled it and it’ll showed failed on her activity feed or “pending w/no update”. But she’s used this excuse like so much already most likely she’s lying to get someone to send.
Also maybe could be a troll send her CA’s by linking an empty card with no money so the payment will fail everytime.

My cashapp notifies me when money is actually sent to my account but it doesn’t say “this person TRIED to send you money” lol she’s such a liar

It might show up as pending or something if it’s a high amount or a first time payment.
I bought cigs off my coworker a while back and the amount I sent took like 12 hrs to go through for some reason
