How does she handle being inside/ staying immobile all day long?

I don't know if its my adhd, but I get bored easily and I have to do some kind activity like walking my dog, hiking, cycling, cleaning (I'm a hotel housekeeper), and swimming. Even when very depressed I still took my dog walks. I can't imagine staying at home all day and doing nothing. Especially for years. I'd probably go crazy.

    well she is obese so staying immobile is actually more comforting than moving around or doing activities.

    she’s very extreme in her sedentary lifestyle, it’s gonna catch up on her soon enough when she won’t be able to get up from that chair in 20ish years
