I’m going to say right now, sympathy and empathy are two different things. Sympathy is taking pity on someone, while empathy is putting yourself in someone’s shoes, to understand how they feel. At the moment, i feel empathy. I can understand how Tophia must be feeling right now, loosing her brother and almost loosing her mom, but i don’t feel bad for her.

She has had her whole life to achieve something. She’s done nothing in 30 years. The six months she’s been living in that car could have and should have been her wake up call to get it together. Find a job? get an apartment? instead she used that time on tiktok. I believe it is her fault that that situation happened in the first place. If Tophia had gotta a job, combined with her brothers paycheck, Tophia, Donald and Marie could be sitting in an apartment right now, but no, Donald is dead and Marie is in a hospital bed.

I’m gonna make this next part quick, but I am aware that Donald is a pedophille, and that is disgusting. People like that do not
deserve the morning he’s receiving. I do not care if anyone calls him “brotherchu” as pedophilles, dead or alive don’t deserve the time of day. Just because Tophia told us to respect him, i do understand if people go against that.

I have heard that Tophia is disabled, (which i cannot speak on whether or not she is as i don’t know her personally and is not disabled myself) disability is not an excuse in her case. She’s able to walk around comic con all day, she can work the line at walmart just fine? Let’s take Chris Chan as an example. Just because she’s autistic doesn’t mean that people aren’t hating on her past actions. And rightfully so. Drawing pornography of you and your female friend, autistic or not is very very gross. So the disabled comment doesn’t work here.

all in all, i feel like people should come to their own conclusions before jumping on the popular opinion. Just because the majority of people are suddenly “pure of heart” and have some how “never hated on lolcows” doesn’t mean you have to believe the same. They’re infamous for a reason.
